Thank you for your lovely paintings and grounded words. I’m most impressed, of course, that your Target has a parking garage! Apparently, one is coming to Burlington but I doubt I will shop there since the only thing I buy in Burl. is fabric occasionally.
Haha! Thanks so much, Marianne! And Happy Birthday!
Thank you so much, Susie. I, too, am loving the clouds… this morning from our new little homestead in Belfast, Maine.
Thank you, Valerie! I’m thrilled that you’re settling into a new home in Belfast. Looks like paradise to me! Mazel tov!
Beautiful words! Thank you, I needed this just now. Lucky me spent 45 yrs in the clouds at work. I love them and watch them too! Say hello to Barbara for me, peace be with you!
Thanks so much, Barbara! Barbara sends greetings to you, as well. Peace, hope and beauty.
Wonderful blog, Susie. I love how you find beauty and joy in nature. Never stop writing or drawing or looking up.
Thanks so much, Judy! Yes – looking up – the challenge, solace and joy!
Thanks, Susie, for reminding me that enjoying and appreciating doesn’t require getting on a plane to far away places, but can be found just by looking-up or maybe down.
Thank you so much, Louise. Yes – that afternoon, I actually googled “best places to see the sunset in Rockville” – and found that that’s not a google-able thing (proving that not everything is on the internet – at least not yet!) – which made the discovery of that roof feel even more magical.
Susie,
Yes! You found the words, and those amazing clouds and your beautiful pictures. All for toast
and love- thank you!l
Thanks so much, Patty. As always, your response means a great deal to me. It was wonderful to see you and your husband at Bob’s memorial. We were so grateful you made the trip. Hope for another live siting soon! Hugs to you and your mom. xo
As always, makes one more thoughtful. Thanks Susie
Thanks so much, Barb. Hope all’s well. Looking forward to getting together when that’s possible. xo
Thank you for the care and balance you radiate. – with love –
Thanks so much, Peter. Being able to do these things is my solace and joy. love –s.
I always love Susie’s visual conjuring, really it her kind of poetry in motion. Who doesn’t cleave to each unique gaseous god blown water bag in the sky? At the beach I notice as roiling ones, on a day my eyes felt strength. I focused only on them, occasionally wanting to yell out to the human bbq people to share my amazement. I like cloud wandering, staring artists. For the rest of us it’s just a passing memory but for them a moment lasts always!
